ROASTERS
Our whole roasters are perfect for holiday gatherings and parties. They are pasture-raised and grazed, with no antibiotics or hormones added. Kunekune pigs make the perfect roaster hog, as their fat provides a self-baste while cooking.
The price includes the harvest fee. Roasters are scalded and scraped. Choose the size based on how many guests you will have; we suggest ½ to 1 pound per person, depending on how you are serving it.
Our roasters are priced at $3.50 per pound live weight. If scalded and scraped, extra $100.00 fee.
** ALL PIGS UNDER 50lbs are $250.00 **
For whole pigs $3.50lb., we will deliver to the butcher of your choice if within 30-mile radius. Customer is responsible for any butcher fees.
We take a $75.00 deposit with balance due at delivery.
